Global Ispat Koksna Industrija
doo Lukavac (GIKIL) is the partnership between Global Infrastructure
Holding Ltd (GSHL) and Coke and Chemical Conglomerate (Koksno-hemijski
kombinat - KHK) owned by the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina. GIKIL
is the leading regional supplier of coke intended for the iron industry,
foundries, sugar works and other consumers. We also offer our coal tar
based products ( electrode resin, hot-pressed naphthalene, different
types of industrial coal etc.), mineral fertilizers, anhydride maleic
acid, and our excellent production and repair services, process
equipment and plants maintenance services in the field of the coke and
chemical industry. Our company is 125 kilometres
far from Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina and 25
kilometres far from the international airport “Dubrave” in the vicinity
of Tuzla. Our company employs 1 300 people and the whole complex covers
an area of over 1kmē.
