Overhaul plant is and specialised organization for work maintenance, rehabilitation through a centralized inspection system of maintenance of equipment and facilities in GIKIL - all timely and with minimal cost.
GIKIL's Overhaul plant is possessing specialized workshops and equipment for GIKIL needs, and also performs specialized services in the field of development, production, repair and studying the safety equipment for third parties for compatible cost.

Overhaul plant has its specialised workshops and repair units for the following activities:

• Metalwork jobs;
• Fabrication, erection, process equipment overhaul and construction;
• Vibration diagnostic;
• Instruments calibration;
• Measuring and testing the EL. Devices;
• Taking automation projects;
• Organizing Annual Capital Repairs.

METALLWORK JOBS – mechanical treatment
We can satisfy different requirements:

Lathe operation: light, middle and hard for diameters:

Up to Ø 250 mm length up to 1.300 mm
Up to Ø 315 mm length up to 12.000 mm
Up to Ø 500 mm length up to 2.000 mm
Up to Ø 1350 mm length up to 6.000 mm

Milling: with all types universal milling machines. Equipped with complete tool set, with longitudinally drive up to 1000 mm, with diameter up 400 mm and vertical up to 800 mm.

Grating: length up to 700 mm,

Drilling: with radial driller up to Ø 75 mm, maximum radius 2100 mm, with pole driller up to Ø 32 mm, with mobile magnetic handle driller up to Ø 25 mm

Drilling: strait up to length 750 mm, height up to 340 mm, cylindrical diameter up to Ø 350 mm, length up to 2080 mm.

VERTICAL RENDISALJKA
Machine for fabrication of notch up to 700 mm height, rotating plate diameter 800 mm,
Machines are placed in two mechanical facilities with total surface 1600 m2 served by two cranes with lifting power 100 kN i 400 kN,
With spread out of 8,7 i 15 m, hook height 4 i 6m

Fabrication, erection and overhaul of the process equipment and construction

• Fabrication of the new process equipment in chemical process industry: dishes, devices, weasels, heat divider and other types of the equipment with high treatment requirements.
• Equipment can be fabricated out of different materials, like: carbontaceous, low and height alloyed none corrosive fireproof steel, aluminium and other colored metal's and their alloys.
• Fabrication of all types light, middle, and heavy constructions, installments and installations

Multifarious compatible machines for fabrication enabling:

• Sheet banding width up to 3000mm, thickness up to 20 mm
• Cutting and modeling sheets with up to 3000 mm, thickness up to 20 mm
• Pipe rolling in to pipe walls from 10 to 80 mm named diameter,
• Heating preparation of all geometric shapes up to 1000o C with automatic work regime registration
• Thermal treatment up to 1200 °C, size 1000x620x450 mm,
• Electrical and autogenic welding, welding in CO protection and argon, also work with welding machine,
• Cutting up to 20 mm thickness, plasma device,
• Testing under pressure up to 200 kg,
• Erection and overhaul of all process equipment and constructions in process chemical industry.

Execution of mentioned works is in workshops, with total surface 1800 m².
Workshop is equipped with crane - lifting power 100 kN spread range 14,5 m, hook high 5 m.
For execution of overhaul and erection works we offer crane truck with lifting power 400 kN and hook high up to 40 m.

VIBRATION DIAGNOSTIC
We posses specialized experience in:

• Control and diagnostic of work condition in plant and on working devices with the help of Vibscanner.

• Centric fixing (Alignment)

• Fixing the condition of slide & rolling bearings

Measuring and testing of the El. devices

• Testing the relay protection (planned up to 250 A,and secondary testing),
• Testing dielectrically hardness of the transformer oil,
• Testing the gas and thermal protection,
• Measuring the grounding resistance spread,
• Measuring the specific ground resistance,
• Testing the protection out of indirect contact (loop resistance),
• Measuring the insulation resistance on electrical installation,
• Measuring and testing of all electrical devices (with or without raised voltage),
• Measuring the insulation resistance and resistance at electrical device coil.

We posses Truck crane "HTP 12" with basket for executing works at 10m height.
