Representatives of our company participated in the roundtable "Proper waste management"

Representatives of  Global Ispat Koksna Industrija Lukavac actively participated in the roundtable with the topic "Proper waste management", on Thursday 20th October.  Roundtable was realized within the project  "The right of citizens of BiH to a healthy environment".  The project was funded by the European Union and was implemented by the Center for Management, Development and Planning - MDP initiatives from Doboj and the Association for the Protection of flora and fauna Lukavac.

On this occasion, representatives of our company introduced the public outstanding achievements in the field of proper waste management and reduction of emissions of harmful substances into the environment, but also  the latest technology, wastewater treatment facilities and future plans in the field of waste management in GIKIL.  It is proved that our company affirms the need to protect, preserve and improve the environment and invests a lot in order to ensure sustainable and environmentally sound development.

In addition to those from our company, the roundtable was attended by representatives of NGOs,  local administration, public institutions and other important economic subjects of Municipality of Lukavac.
