Environmental Permit

According to the Law on Environmental Protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all operators are required to obtain an environmental license to 31.12.2011.godine.

In order to obtain an environmental license GIKIL had to develop action plan for reducing pollutants emitted into the environment and to deliver it to Federal Ministry of Environment for review by 17.04.2009.godine

GIKIL submitted to the competent ministry above-mentioned Act. Now company is waiting for evaluating of the plan by the Ministry and finally obtaining of its environmental permit.

Water Permit

GIKIL has a valid water permit issued by the Agency for River Basins of the Sava River. In that permit are imposed certain obligations that GIKIL have to do in the area of water protection.

Sector for investment and development at GIKIL is working intensively on this project with their the best available personnel.
